About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our pest control customers. This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding pest control services
Provide information about our services, pricing, and treatment options
Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments in our system
Address customer concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions in a professional manner
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and offer maintenance plans
Maintain accurate customer records and update account details as needed
Process payments, issue invoices, and assist with collections as necessary
Work closely with technicians and the scheduling team to optimize routes and appointment efficiency
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred (pest control or home services industry a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in scheduling software or CRM systems (training provided)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of pest control services is an asset but not required
