About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for our pest control business. This role involves generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and closing high-value service agreements. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Requirements
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to assess pest control needs and recommend tailored solutions
Educate customers on the benefits of our services, pricing, and long-term pest management plans
Negotiate and close service contracts, upselling additional treatments where appropriate
Follow up with leads, past customers, and referral sources to maximize sales opportunities
Collaborate with the customer service and scheduling teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in pest control sales
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in pest control, home services, or related industries
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking software (training provided)
Knowledge of pest control services is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for in-person consultations (if applicable)
