About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for our pest control business. This role involves generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and closing high-value service agreements. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients

  • Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to assess pest control needs and recommend tailored solutions

  • Educate customers on the benefits of our services, pricing, and long-term pest management plans

  • Negotiate and close service contracts, upselling additional treatments where appropriate

  • Follow up with leads, past customers, and referral sources to maximize sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with the customer service and scheduling teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in pest control sales

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in pest control, home services, or related industries

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively

  •  Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking software (training provided)

  • Knowledge of pest control services is a plus, but not required (training provided)

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for in-person consultations (if applicable)
