About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract new customers, engage existing clients, and enhance our company's visibility in the community. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and local outreach.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Manage and optimize the company website, SEO, and Google Business Profile to improve search rankings.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram , and other relevant platforms.

  • Create engaging content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Develop and manage local advertising initiatives, including print and community sponsorships.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads through targeted marketing efforts.

  • Engage with the local community through networking events, home shows, and promotional campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our marketing strategies competitive.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or digital advertising (preferably in service-based industries).

  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to drive online traffic and conversions.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Mailchimp) is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
